1. Chemical composition is unqualified

The cost of aluminum profiles doped with a large amount of miscellaneous aluminum and scrap aluminum in the product is greatly reduced, but the chemical composition of the aluminum profiles of the building is unqualified, which seriously jeopardizes the safety of construction projects.

2, the closure time is reduced

Inferior aluminum profiles greatly reduce the sealing time, reduce the loss of chemical reagents, and reduce the cost, but the corrosion resistance of the profiles is also greatly reduced.

3, the thickness of the oxide film is thin

The national standard stipulates that the thickness of the oxide film of the building aluminum profile should be not less than 10um (micron). The thickness is not enough, and the surface of the aluminum profile is rust and corrosion. Some aluminum profiles without a name, site, production license and certificate have a thickness of only 2 to 4 um, and some even have no oxide film. According to experts' estimates, for every 1 um reduction in oxide film thickness, the cost per ton of profile can be reduced by more than 150 yuan.
